Returned products must be in the same condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
How to return an item:
Email us with your order number and we will provide instructions on returning your item.
You must notify us of your wish to return any items from your order within 10 days after the day you received your order.
You are responsible for return shipping costs and may use the carrier of your choice. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.*
Repairs/Exchanges:
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If within 30 days of purchase you find that your item needs repair because of our error, please contact us to arrange repair. We do not replace or repair items that have been damaged by improper use or lack of care.
Sale Items:
All purchases of discounted or sale items are final. We accept returns on regularly priced items only.*If you believe your order received damage during shipping, please email us at jeremiah@colladayleather.com within 3 days of receiving your order so that we can work with you to quickly resolve the issue. In your email, please send us photos of the original packaging (including the box/envelope the order was shipped in) so that we can follow up with our shipper. In the case of items damaged during shipping, we will refund the cost of original shipping and work with you to refund or exchange the damaged item.
